When you take your docs to closing they don't need nor can they require everything, only parts as to authorizations and those named to conduct business.

That goes to show you some people just don't care about his character and the way he conducts his business.Just my 2 cents.

There are certain situation where officers/owners of the corporation can be held accountable for the obligations of the corporation, but these are typically cases of negligence or "questionable" conduct.  

The terms offered sound reasonable enough however I am trying to conduct due diligence and am finding it difficult to find any information on the company.  

I am new to this but have conducted plenty of research and have an understanding of what wholesaling is.

After conducting a few searches on my own I figured I'd give them a try to see what they were all about so I could then provide a review for the rest of us here at BP. 

What is important is conducting due diligence and appraisal of each investment.
