If 5 already active real estate investors want to come together, pool in money, and purchase an apartment complex does that qualify as a syndication?

As many of you have mentioned in prior posts, senior housing can be incredibly complex at the skilled nursing level. 

I invest in 100+ unit apartment complexes, and I use "apartments" and "multifamily" interchangeably.

Not to mention, it is in an area where investors are already looking to build complexes, so I prefer to have something a little less permanent.I will for sure go through zoning ordinances and check the legalities and requirements of course.All good suggestions

This condo complex has more than 50% tenant occupied properties and hence its deemed non warrantable condo.
