One thing I see is its common in our market to do sewer scopes even on new construction.. out east its rarely done and many people end up with having to replace the waste line. 

I've done some reading and searching through the forums but haven't really found the answer I'm looking for (i'm sure it there I just can't find it).I know this is common inquiry but like I said I'm not seeing my question answered. 

Is this a pretty common formula lenders use?
