Account Closed It does have a fence completely surrounding it, the code inspector went by recently, and didn't have anything to say in regards to the pool.I was thinking of just writing the maintenance on the pool into the lease for the main SFH, and that way they take care of everything.

I would look on your bank statement and see what date the checks cleared.We never charged a late fee if the payment was postmarked prior to the 1st.Double check mailing address make sure zip code is on letter.Check with Oregon state landlord law about what the maximum landlord can charge for late fee's In Minnesota it can not exceed 8% of the rent amount..

City code usually requires you have adequate parking for the property, you may be required to enlarge parking area to improve off street parking, one space per unit is usually required.

I usually send guest count, pet count and turn time at least a week out but usually 2 weeks out to confirm.They also have their own code on my smart locks and my automation system (SmartThings) can be set to alert me when that code is used to open the lock.
