BPCON is a GREAT place to network, find accountability partners, learn from tons of speakers, meet your favorite podcast hosts and authors, and even close deals while you're there (it wouldn't be a first!) 

Specifically, I'm looking to see whether anyone has an agent that is specialized in these two areas.  

Looking for experienced investor-agents who have done more deals than us, and have a  proven track record for investing.

The agent wont be able to provide you much other than support since its a wholesale deal.If you want to include your agent in on the fun just throw a 1% fee their way and just let them do the rest.

I don't know how you're going to swing that anyway as you're going to need to have your DP when you come to closing and it's pretty likely, unless you have some seriously high assets and no debt, that the loan you take for your downpayment is going to kill your ability to get bank financing.
