I recently joined Bigger Pockets because I see that’s there’s great information for beginners like myself and the community.I’m currently going through a small dilemma and I’m stuck between cross roads and I’m not sure which path to take out of my 2 options and I would like to receive some feedback possibly advice so I can make an educated decision.A little bit about myself ever since a young adult I always been interested in Real Estate like many people I have spent about $10,000 over the past few years on courses and education but nothing really came of it besides understanding the basics and having 1 a week phone meetings only lasting 30 min.

The worst part is that he rushes me off the phone right when I start to get excited and tell him more about the condition of the property, and I'm almost positive he said that he had to go because he was showing a property in town and he just arrived.

But I'd still call to check just to be sure.Note that while the Realtors are a great resource and the most likely to answer their phone to help you (because they sell classes, basically), I believe the "real" authority who matters for your broker application is the RI Division of Business Regulation (DBR) - see http://www.dbr.state.ri.us/divisions/commlicensing/realestate.php (in particular the "Education (Salesperson & Broker)" section on that page).The DBR education resources may not, though, cover the lead specific requirements you're asking about.

Start sending them letters or try to Google them to get a phone number for them to see if they are interested in selling the house.
