@Fan Bi yes in the long term I think it will definitely help values in the area as it further strengthens the "bedroom community" aspect for people commuting to metro Boston.However in the short term I think we are due for a recession in the next few years so I think it will take a few years longer to have the intended/expected effect.Generally I'm happy to see low interest rates used to repair/improve/expand infrastructure, and for R&D.

They opened the door to let water out, put in fans, turned water to washer off, washer has issue. 

On a building that size look into vertical stack fan coil units also. 

Do they turn exhaust fans on when showering and cooking?

@Eric Koelling - Not to get to deep here but regarding decisions like this - I'm a fan of Occams Razor"Occam's razor (or Ockham's razor) is a principle from philosophy.

I was afraid to get on BiggerPockets before because I am not a fan of Social Media.

I am no fan of "real" rent control: CPI locked with no market price on vacancy, but what I read does not sound like the end of the world. 7% + CPI rent raises allowable, with vacancy decontrol.

Spring Training is huge as the San Francisco Giants have a stadium in the heart of Scottsdale and that brings out a ton of fans as well.I'd suggest getting on YouTube and watching videos from STR University.
