They seemed very confident when they pre-approved me 4 times... now they wait until after I spend over $2200 to tell me that I can't get a loan over a HUNDRED dollars.

They have probably made tens, if not hundreds, of real estate deals.

Things were totally different just 6 years ago.Ask those that do these how many times they had these life events mess up a deal, maybe 2, 8, 14 times in 15 years, I'm guessing I've been through it over a hundred times, where something occurred to someone connected to a deal.

If you bought this year's certificate, for about $600, you wait 2 years, then to collect you have to pay off all the other certificates along with a few hundred in fees, then the clerk sends it to auction.

We later found burn marks on the underside of the upper kitchen cabinets and candle wax in the carpeting.
