What is (or is there) a process of getting out of the business of personally guaranteeing the loans?

@Brad Gibson - People love Hospitable for smaller portfolios, but I'm in talks with Guesty about a strategic partnership and they have a new platform coming out for smaller businesses. 

Some people write books, some people create online businesses, some people invest in real estate.It is, of course, the last of those that has brought me to where I am, and Next Level Equity to where it is.Through investing in real estate, I generate income in my sleep.Regardless of what I do that month – work overtime or lounge on the beach – that rent check comes in every month, like clockwork.

Most PMs are too busy to help with this, and the search for independent contractors seems to be far and few in between.

We can enter our units any time we want as long as its during business hours and we give them 24 hours notice.

This sounds like a failure on their part.

She’s been in business for 20+ years, and has never been sued or had a complaint filed against her. 

The non-accredited investors must still qualify as sophisticated investors, loosely meaning that they need to have prior business and/or investing experience that qualifies them as competent to understand all of the risks associated with investing in a syndication.
