So this is just something to keep in mind as you’re considering the area and the audience.

I’m saying there’s an opportunity here because I brought no less than 12 contractors to my job site for an hour each to bid my 70,000 rehab (I provided full pictures, floorplans with laser measurements, scope of work) and I got only two bids, one 67k and one 77k.
