Hello BP,My wife and I have been searching our local market (Los Angeles) to purchase our first home.

My wife was stationed at Ellsworth AFB near rapid city , I would love to live in that Area .

This is the place to be for learning about real estate investing.We (my wife and I) are both Australians and have been living in California for two and a half years now.

My wife and I are thinking about moving to another state so we can invest in real estate more easily.

The business I started provides narrated virtual tours for agents, and the model I'm using will, I hope, make it easy and affordable for agents to try out something a little different while also allowing me to work from anywhere, which is a big part of the goal for my wife and me.I came across the site searching for some information and advice, and it looks like there's a lot to be had here so I'm excited to make the acquaintance of the community.

My wife and I were looking to move soon anyway, so if the HOA decides to reverse that policy in the near future, we will just look to sell the condo.

Right now my wife and I are with a little boutique firm here in Lake Oswego called Soldera.. and the owners are all like minded and all do investment's and develop and build.. so there is no conflict with them and the managing broker is an attorney as well so she keeps us well grounded...Of course they won't let me deal with the public at all !!!

I've never purchased anything at the auction, but I did send my wife in my place two years ago and she said it was pretty crazy.

I have a good corporate job and make a nice income but I have a wife & kid so I am only able to bank about 15k a year.
