This will largely be focused on how agencies look at pricing but my background has also been in selling bonds backed by commercial real estate loans in the secondary marketplace.

Crystal Lake is one of the most beautiful lakes around with a very nice public beach in the village but you can pick up properties for much less than TC.

Could you give some more background about your deal?

I've found that the best way to screen tenants is get their last two paystubs, copies front and back of state issued ID and run a credit and background check. 

Make sure you are provided with a background check, pay stubs, copy of ID, etc.. as apart of their application packet.
