Jerome,Just a heads up if you go to LT you will be bombarded with call from a ton of people basically trying to only pull your credit and make an offer prior to approval and in most cases an unlocked rate offer. 

It could be worthwhile to clear the property and get any approvals you need through the town in order to better market it.

What about multiple buildings or mobile home parks?

Not knowing that they still needed to approve my stay, ithought it worked like any other hotel booking site.

In this market you’re going to need a large deposit, a pre-approval and very few if any contingencies to get it at market price.
