I have zero problem applauding anyone on this forum who shows themselves as competent and rises to a challenge.Do you have an alternate source that contradicts the ruling?

With 6 houses like this we are looking for other alternative methods to finance the full amount up front.

Alternatively, you could get another private lender to loan to you and use the property as collateral (ie put a mortgage on the property and sign a promissory note). 

This looks like a solid alternative to a conventional, with greater flexibility, thanks for the tip

If you want to do this as a business or scale it, turn key might not be right for you but if you are out of state, have a busy life, out of state and can't effectively manage a project, then turn key is a great alternative. 

It is more appealing than the alternative.
