Report to Craigslist?

I signed up for Bigger Pockets Pro and calculated my numbers to see if they work out for me going forward or are they just bad deals.I am going to start looking at properties to buy this weekend and was wondering if anyone would like to take a look at a few reports I’ve done.

I use this report and and the draft SOW to determine what will ultimately be included in the Rehab and what can be deferred.  

I'd recommend as @Theo Hicks said to stick to a weekly report from your PM and then calls on as needed basis.Before you jump into this investment, ensure that the numbers work and the overall investment makes sense = low vacancy, demand is high, town population is on the rise, jobs are available and accessible, etc.Best of luck!

I've got my first property under contract and had it inspected a few days ago. i've looked over the inspection report and the major issues i see are related to foundation problems.

I'm just trying to think about all my options in advance.
