It's tough to turn a property that's underwater /w no positive ARV in site into a win for a buyer unless it's being acquired below market value. 

I am interested in acquiring rental properties (single/multi) via the BRRR strategy.

Once I start acquiring over 10 units, then I might consider a book keeper, but for now I want to cut costs and be over looking all numbers.

It's a strategy to acquire rental properties and continually churn the cash required into the next property. 

I am in the process of acquiring a triplex right now.  

I'm a newer wholesaler in the north Atlanta OTP area (have closed on 3 deals so far), and would like to begin acquiring my rental portfolio.

I have some money in the bank but not sure if I will be able to meet the 20% down payment requirement, especially that the properties I am thinking of acquiring will probably be over $150,000, which seems a reasonable pricing for a decent property/area in Houston.

Properties were acquired in early 2000s on 30 year fixed mortgages.

But i was wondering if i had any other options in my current position to acquire rental property.
