I have been reading, listening to podcast and YouTube but scared to take that leap of faith but really want to buy multi family

More in particular - Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat by David Greene, The Book on Rental Property Investing by Brandon Turner, The Compound Effect by Darren Hardy, the 10X Rule, Rich Dad Poor Dad, podcasts, YouTube videos, webinars, attended seminars, etc.

I spent a lot of weekends/nights doing value add projects, much of which I learned from friends/family/youtube/etc so that I could refinance the home out of FHA and/or sell/rent it for more later down the road.

I can even recommend some recordings on YouTube which goes into the topic.
