Not that this is always indicative of heaving or moisture, but other signs can include cracked tiles or grout cracking in an otherwise good tile job, bulged wood flooring, corners of vinyl squares coming up, etc, especially if near a bath or kitchen sink.

If they can keep the files in house rather than selling off where things have to fit into a square you can get more leeway.Every bank has different levels of a mix when it comes to their loan portfolio.
