 $300 was probably way too generous but I have a soft spot for a young couple with kiddos that are working hard to make it.I had a HVAC change out on another unit, duct work in attic fell apart on the install and the unit ran all day and night from Friday afternoon until Tuesday when they came back to go in the attic and fix the duct work.  

Also Sean Tagge, does a meetup every Wednesday morning at a local coffee shop!

If a tenant called me at 2am for anything other than to let me know about a flooding issue or a fire, we would have a 'come to Jesus' talk the next morning when I got the message. iI've never had a tenant call in the middle of the night.

So communication for confirming any offers coming through was lagged -As China tries to block all of our social and emails stuff we are all so accustomed too.I had a few buyers come and go right before I started my trip and during my stay in China , but I finally got word on Monday morning --( well Monday evening China time)  -- that a Hard Deposit for the property had come in late that past Friday afternoon.
