Zillow doesn't allow keyword searches. and I was wondering if there are any online searches that allow for finding houses with backyard guest houses or casitas.

Many online banks offer this and is where we put our funds as well.Another option is to put it in a brokerage account and invest it until you are ready to buy your property.

Also, don't underestimate the power of online networking, especially since COVID.

And there's also just some knowledge that you can't find online.

I've looked at a few on the market on the online portals, and they do seem over priced at the moment, so I may consider a BRRR STR house hack depending on the availability off market.
