All in I'd think if you had $25k in the bank you could make a nice single family home work which is very similar to my first house.Rents at this price point would need to be $1000 or so to see $200/month cash flow which is where I usually target

I wouldn't save much by owning a similar place, and I haven't wanted to use my savings as down payment, as I've been getting a very good return on my stock portfolio.

I had a very similar issue about 5 years ago, a shared driveway, same owner on both but only one property was secured, the shared driveway survived for use to both parcels.

ed maximum commission.So to me it is speaking to the requirements of the listing agent/Broker in the first two sections so the logical conclusion is that the third is probably similar and is in dealing with the requirements as a result of contact made while acting as a real estate agent.

Many of these borrower have paid attorneys structuring their entities although most are trust vs LLCs or corps.My point in bring up the assessors office is that maybe servicers view a "sale" similarly and I referenced the details.
