I've done flooring, cabinets, tile surrounds, drywall, paint, etc. so I'd like to use my own labor to save on the reno cost if possible.

Bath and paint at the same time, I would like to cover up the popcorn ceilings throughout and give it a nice fresh coat of paint so first ceiling sheetrock, then ceiling paint, than wall paint, should trim and door frames come before wall paint?

Mine has roof, floors, hvac, appliances, hot water heater, bath and kitchen remodel, exterior paint or siding, driveway, etc.

You can secret shop other properties to get a lot of that information, too.

Nothing thrill me more than painting a verbal picture through a listing or being able to sell the home through the photos before you end step foot in the house. 

I wouldn't paint over the wood rot to buy time.
