We do have some relief on our way.

Right now I have been relatively lucky, but last April when the shutdown occurred in my state I provided relief to all tenants regardless of situation. 

Both directed at me, and directed at consumers.Loan originators saying "omg this post-2020 non-qm product lineup is super great, I made multiple dreams come true this month, and lots of people are happy with me right now (and do not hate me for very slooooowly over 75 days pulling their teeth without pain killers)!!!"

I don't like using the 5 gallon buckets because it leaves too much air space to paint ratio and they're a pain in the butt to pour and store.

However I'm exploring ways I can seek relief from the seller myself.

I almost had an experience of having to evict someone for nonpayment, and the process was painful.

If I have a chance to go through these pains again, I will definitely do it.

I can tell you having been there its a massive pain having to get mortgage statements on 20 personal loans to to get more financing and alot of banks do not know how to underwrite it so its quite possible you will get close to limit and just decide to go commercial financing even if residential possible.
