To me, real estate investment reminds me of playing Warcraft, you work, acquire, flips, find gold mines, search & expand.  

This is pure gold.

I was throwing away hundreds of thousands of dollars in opportunities that I failed to see, pursue or exploit.I later learned to treat nixies as GOLD and created entire campaigns around them. 

If I did, I'd just alter my number parameters (buy/sell points, # of redundant inventory) and still have a good business model.Essentially what happens is:1) Large enough experience in enough markets2) Large enough buildup of gold (that's what us basement dwellers call money in WoW!)

Focus on the gold and like champions do.

Are you using the gold package....1 cold caller, 1 acquisition, 1 disposition and 1 lead manager? 

I signed up for one of his investment partner deals about 7 years ago and he scammed me for $7,500. it was a contract to invest money in a gold buying store where he promised a nice residual income and profit, however these #s were exaggerated and when it came down to it he gave me the run around to eventually ignoring my emails, calls and texts.
