I always like to see what others are doing to spur ideas.I'm looking for multi family deals but that market has been saturated with international money so I haven't seen anything good outside of a value add deal where you need major bucks, 10 million +.  

Unless you're looking to claim it for tax purposes, what about a hundred bucks in the hand, or whatever you deem worthy? 

Looking to start investing in buy and holds in the Milwaukee area and would love to meet some good wholesalers in the area.

Better to spend a few hundred bucks and find out it has structural damage, outdated electric, siding and roofing issues and walk away to move on to the next opportunity.
