If i own a complex with multiple duplexes and have a seperate schedule e for each property listing income and expenses,  where would i report the expenses that cover all the properties?

While it may not be the same for every state and/or servicer, in order for me to transfer my house to an LLC it only required me to submit a few simple documents: copy of the filed Certificate of Organization reflecting ownership, copy of the filed deed deeding property to LLC, documentation from local tax authority showing LLC as the owner, and hazard insurance with LLC listed as owner. 

Can you add me to that list as well??

If you start titles with those homes listed as collateral in your yet to be paid in full note I think you may have a problem.

Find a lender that can do it all when it comes to working with buyers, has a team so someone is always available, can close on time, can fix problems quickly when they come up, has the experience to coach you through a deal, has lots of products/lenders to offer and the list goes on.  

A and B class rentals suffer  big time while C class landlords had waiting lists to get in.
