Has anyone on here negotiated with an Indian nation in Oklahoma before?

You can easily focus on one area and become an expert on the local STR scenarios.But there is all the difference in the world between STR in Indian Rocks Beach (extremely friendly) and neighboring Belleair Beach (totally banned).
