I think your advice holds a great deal of value for my particular situation because of two reasons:  1)  I'm 27 and will hopefully have many years of income generation from this house.2) We're about 70 miles from DC, and the area around DC seems to be constantly developing and expanding.

Joe Gore a limited liability company does just that limits liability to just the assets and revenue generated within, and does not extend to the personal assets of those that are apart of it.

Unless Ingersoll has moved since my uncle built buses there 40 years ago, I would be suspect on any quadraplex in that price range (>100K per unit) generating anything near 10% return, let alone 17%.
