That manager was fired from that company and a new one came on board and said we did not need to rebalance but suggest some internal changes but by that time the worst of winter was past and spring had sprung.

Thanks for the info, I would assume the appraisal would be "as is" condition, the bank came up with their own value from their internal valuation system, but this was thrown off because the house was bank owned and I bought at a big discount.

hi and Welcome,I came from Canada in 2007 and the hurdles as an international investors are tremendous.... first you need to get an immigration Visa, get your social number and even that, at the beginning I could not even put electricity, water, insurance and gas on my houses, even if I was willing to give them $1000 deposit...
