In my opinion, given the choice between New construction and Existing property, you usually get better returns with existing properties.With new constructions, you get the privilege of owning something new, less headache, minimal maintenance expenses in the first years, better energy efficiency. etc.For all, there is the premium you have to pay for those new constructions over existing housesPersonally when it comes to new constructions, as an investor, I'd rather be on the selling side than the buying side

I would check out LeadPropeller, that is what I did when I decided to set up a website and start driving traffic to it, you can easily customize it so it doesn't look like every other investor website out there, I also use them for PPC and we kill it, building your own website on wordpress is not that easy, especially to build it so it's optimized for SEO.

John and Aaron, I've heard quick books is a generic program that you can tailor to fit your business, not only is it very pricey but its not custom to landlords, I was planning on using it but watching tutorials on how to use quick books seems way more complicated. have you used Stessa ?
