We've had parents co-sign when there is a lack of established rental history, and the parents sometimes require the kids to put up more deposit.We advertise a base rent with an additional $25/pet and we rarely get push back.

The problem with NYC is that the lower priced properties tend to be co-ops which create many challenges for an investor.

But he came up with enough money for 50 gallons , he paid me in cash and I called a friend of mine with a oil co and he said no problem , but I had to drive the truck since he would lose money if he paid his driver (overtime)
