The young lady is moving out of living with her parents, so I assumed she could afford to pay via a paycheck but she sent a text saying she will forward RTA form and CHA voucher. 

If you're just starting out, I recommend getting comfortable speaking with sellers over the phone.

I bout this house with a HILOC loan my question is should i ask the title company to make the the sale payment to my HILOC  account or my checking account .
