I like military bases to be near by and look at what the gov’t pays for rents, which is how I set my goals for my monthly payment on the houses I buy.

Buy the property with the LLC for the cost of the existing mortgage, perhaps plus the cost of the construction.

On the plus side, buying in bulk could lower everyone's premiums and simplify the process since no one has to hunt for their own policy.

There are investors buying in every market every day.

I would want to live there for a year, refi, then buy another property thereafter.

Hi All,I'm doing some STR research prior to buying a property to use for vacation rental and I wanted to hear from you all what are the typical STR monthly expenses?

Obviously there would be a more in-depth analysis if I were actually buying the property.
