@Charlie MacPherson  well U just shot down all those that think the way to get into real estate with no money is to wholesale.. literrally everyone of them will use fraud in the inducement to do deals.. unless their yellow letter says:"I don't have the money to close I want to put your property in contract then try to assign it to my buyers list and my buyer will pay me a fee and if I can't do that the deal won't close..
