I think the fact that everyone has a dramatic story to tell as an employees is suspicious but it's fun entertainment value to watch.It will be fun to see all the drama next week when the show airs............. : )  

We are excellent listeners, and fun to be around (so we've been told).

Here the cold, snowy, ice winter weather with darkness at 5 PM, and holidays makes it difficult to rent places Nov. to Feb.

@David Krulac.I'm not a fan of through the wall AC that are large window units. first of all the big hunkers can vibrate the wall especially when turning off or on..Secondly when they fail and ultimately they will fail, you can't get another unit to fit the hole exactly and need to reduce or expand the hole through the wall.And thirdly they're not usually tightly sealed in the winter.1: I have not had that problem with this home2: If and when the unit fails it is simple for someone with carpentry trim skills to find another unit the same size or smaller, then shim it (smaller if needed) and cut some new trim.

You would hear "OMG heated floors in the morning in winters would be amazing" but how much is that worth?

I have had good tenants for 6 months, however I found out during their occupancy in winter (the season they moved in), they were keeping the temperature at 26 Celsius (79 F) in the house all the time.
