I am scouring the website today but also wanted some thoughts on this.If I missed something, please point it out.

I have yet to use it but I did look over their website and I plan on trying them out.

Have you tried looking on the property card through the town/city assessor website?

@Christopher Telles  I checked out the mapping for the county the property is in using an online feature on their website.  

IT Security Testing and Monitoring should:  Monitor Threats;  Evaluate emerging threats;  Monitor for external vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies;  Perform periodic self-assessments;  Adopt timely corrective action of significant deficiencies;  Consider business continuity and disaster recovery;  Assess the scope impact and urgency of new threat vulnerabilities; and  Reassess the security environment and enhance as necessary.

Couldn't dig up too much on them outside a basic website and their FB page.

I have read: Millionaire Real Estate Investor and am currently reading on investing in duplexes, triplexes and quads.I also suggest you read the beginners guide that this website offers for free and do a quick search in the forums to find other very helpful reads. 

Look at your local property appraisers website and type the address in that will give you the owners name and in cases like down here in south Florida it gives you their actual mailing address

It currently does not hold any properties, but we are looking through websites like Zillow and evaluating different single-family homes.
