If you have marketing overhead and you have more work than you can operationally manage, then you're wasting your marketing spend or possibly worse bringing on more business than you can handle which will damage your existing deals.Short version: target how much work you want to do, spend enough marketing budget to get there.

I am wasting materials by getting PT Plywood but it is cheaper (not too worried about material cost in this situation, more for a better outcome).However, he stated we needed to avoid the "gap" so water doesn't permeate through the bottom level.

Most ranch style home floor plans will have a load bearing wall below the roof ridge, the kitchen to the rear, so if that's the wall to be knocked out it will be more critical.

thanks..those are 100amps brakers ...it says 10KA on the main braker ...but what the GC told me today ...if those brakers are push-in brakers they are supposedly fire hazard so I would need to replace the panel anyways.if you new to remodelling, I am becoming a big proponent of inviting whoever you can to take a look at the house before you sign the closing documents...especially if it is sitting empty and you as a licensed realtor can access the property. that's just an opportunity you cannot waste.
