I was just watching a video on youtube last night about buying short sales and foreclosures from the bank. 

- speaking with various local lenders about commercial loan packages - initial discussion w/in the next couple of weeks with a real estate attorney about the process and possible entity formation.

@Phil Gilkerson @Scott Meyers is a great resource as well as Mark Helm has over 200 short videos on YouTube that's all things Self storage.

Never stop those YouTube real estate videos lol.

I’ve seen it somewhere but cannot find the video that I watched.

I am currently studying books and videos to up my preparedness for when I take some action in the next couple months.In my study of investment analysis, I'm being introduced to investing concepts like IRR and discount rate, which I am finding very confusing as a beginning investor just trying to get one property going. 

Hi BP Admins, I'm working on a Member Blog post, and List formatting isn't working for me like it used to. 

There are books (I like audio books that I can listen to in the car), podcasts, Youtube videos (though I haven't watched any of them myself - maybe I should), and of course people selling training programs on Wholesaling (I actually bought one of these, and it was great!).
