I typically buy fixer uppers and do full upgrades before renting them so there's not a lot left to go wrong. 

So in the upper price points, individuals will often spend a greater percentage of their income on housing, while the other life expenses become a smaller percentage.This is also a factor in why you see more price volatility in the upper price points.

If it were a fixer-upper...mayyyybe (but even then...)...but especially not turnkey.

Will see if we can change the filters for the list to get better leads for fixer uppers. 

I work with Keller Williams and I target the upper mid range $550k-$1.2m listings and buyers.

If they are upper-B or A properties, you can probably handle them yourself.

Any investors who knew about this would have definitely had an upper hand if they chose to invest in/ around that neighborhood. 

I also believe that the size of the upper class and the upper middle classes is going to continue to swell.I think that it could have a serious effect on our business long term.

I am in the process of obtaining my MO RE License and looking to wholesale, build portfolio of buy and hold rentals, flip and help RE clients with "fixer upper" style purchase/renovations.
