Such plan is established with a 401k trust holding plan assets, it can own real estate, have a checking account, brokerage account, etc.5) If the sponsoring business type changes you don't need a new Solo 401k plan, you can simply amend the existing plan to reflect the change of the plan sponsor.Hope this helps!

If you are looking for high level analysis you probably won't find it in a forum post, you might look on Upwork.com and see if you can find someone who specializes in the area of analysis you are interested in and is willing to take on a temporary side job for a fee.

This standard seems high, since the PM may have some negligence (i.e. failure to maintain walkways, etc.) that doesn't rise to the level of gross negligence.
