I had just finished graduate school at Texas A&M and had picked up the book Rich Dad Poor Dad after teaching for my first few months.

I recently read an article where a high school teacher decided to teach, any students interested, basic financials/budgeting & I assume Eco 1 for dummies .

I'm sure the upcoming rehab will teach me some lessons!

We were teaching in Phoenix and the education system just ‘crapped out’ there.  

However, if you are using a S-Corp or C-Corp, you DO have to charge a "fair market rate"....and that's why I teach the LLC method. 

If college is not in your plans, consider a trade school which will teach you about rehabbing, inspections, and/or appraisal. 

I'm not going to spend time trying to unravel it or teach anyone anything.
