Since the old tenant has been unresponsive to my packet of info (including the Affidavit of Judgement Debtor that she was to fill out), I don't know if I can actually send that information to the court, as I'm not sure if her employer information is still current.My question is, do I have to submit an Affidavit of Identification for myself to the district court I have been using?

Both my architect and contractor recommended against adding a separate meter (cost is not worth it and you don't have to include that in the plan you submit to the city anyway at least in San Jose), but I did get a separate address for my ADU.

@Jay HinrichsI was thinking if something along the lines if www.ripoffreport.com where landlords could report a bad tenant and attach supporting documentation, pictures or video, etc. the tenant would have the opportunity to respond and submit their own version of the story with supporting documentation.Other landlords could hop on and add their own two cents to a particular tenant. this would enable the viewer to see a running history of that individual even if it's separated by years.
