I would like to check it out.I have a 4 acre property in Rohnert Park CA I have owned for going on 25 years.. it just got brought into the city as a mixed use resi project and I am trying to figure out what to do with it..CA is super expensive as you know.. but maybe something like this could work.problem is not with developers and affordable housing.. it rest squarely on regulators and city officials and environmentalist. building materials have risen a little but not much.. labor is up... whats up is development standards that the cities want and all the fee's that cities want that is not directly related to housing..

Worried about appraisal
12 July 2017 | 2 replies
There's one thing that I'm worried about right now and that's the appraised value.I listed the house at 377K and got an offer at 370K which I accepted.I'm worried now based on the comps of other three bedrooms that sold in the area which sold for under 350k but all were in original condition. The property directly next door to me sold for 365k in which it appraised at but it has one extra bedroom and bathroom which totals 420 square feet more than my house but that property was also in original condition from the late 70s.I did a complete renovation in the kitchen and bathrooms and throughout the house as well as replace the roof and siding and added a screened in porch. If you guys can please let me know if you have any ideas on what the appraiser may look at that can help me or anything I can do to increase my chances of this house appraising where I want it would be greatly appreciated!

Worse ive ever seen had been a bird nest that had been 4 feet at the base (roundish at the bottom, then tappered into a snorkle)that was 6 feet tall and exited out an attic vent. the access to the attic was 1' x 2' opening, making it very difficult to remove.
