Aside from that, most wholesaler I know have a clause in the contract that allows them to back out in the event they cannot assign the property.

As far as Republicans winning or Democrats winning or any party winning you only need to think along sports lines.Even if they actually loose they will find a way to make it a "moral victory".That goes across all party lines, but is usually found mostly in the party or parties that is behind in the overall numbers game.
