They agree that sales price is high for goodwill only but still think its an ok deal as the market is hot in this particular geographic region.6) I strongly think that 560k is pretty high for goodwill only , the seller has excellent location and I have been unable to find another store that offers the balance of time commitment and return.

The problem is I was unable to find all of the information I was looking for - all of the research I've done online suggests I should be able to specifically ask for files that contain real estate, and can ask to see the inventories of these files to see specifically what property they contain.

While they are still very popular on the North Shore, many condo associations are prohibiting them as well. and of course with Covid, many owners have been unable to rent due to state/local restrictions, restricted access to the private beaches, etc.  

I can imagine situations in which the markets seize up and PPR is unable to monetize their assets.
