Las Vegas is a small island of private land in an ocean of federal land.

I was working on San Juan Island in WA when a huge ice storm came through.

Now interestingly enough, the WY trust can form a separate WY LLC (call this Asset Island).

I know a lot of folks that just bought or will be buying soon and 0% of them are 'wealthy'.....just normal people.Now you might be correct if you said that only wealthy people can buy homes in SoCal on the beach, or on Staten Island.....but in general, naw, anyone that really wants to can buy houses.

She is in Rhode Island and I live in Washington state, obviously laws differ between states.
