Two things to clarify:If i bought property A, and invested 50k of IRA money with a pre determined interest rate before (say 5%) and created some kind of pre-contractural document, but the rest of the money invested was from my own cash supply can i mix in this way.

Same with units on the backside of a building or have to go down stairs to get to.Pay attention to office for that areas saturation levels of inventory per sq ft for lease along with new builds slated and how much of that sq ft is being absorbed in the market (supply versus demand).
