The second thing the att says is penalize the HO, and the third is to go to court and get an injunction.So, maybe in the next months, the board may decide to make a new rule--to be similar to the one in the other association.

Just that too many people see a second home that is rented as a home so they fail to cover it correctly.I know of specific situations where someone has a home, they moved out (job relocation or similar) and then rented the place.
