A contractor should be able to put together a box in about 15 minutes each...I would say a days worth of labor ($400) needs to be factored into the cost for a RTA kitchen if you really want to compare apples-to-apples to a pre-assembled cabinet.

Same with putting a larger deposit down to make your monthly payments lower doesn't mean you are cash flowing more as you put more money down to 'force' the cash flow.What matters most is that you are happy with the numbers and they work for you.

Typically, when funds acquire loans, they assume delinquency/default risk in exchange for earning a yield on their investment.Yet this would work differently – it’s a request to purchase debt alongside a corresponding put option/insurance policy.From the buyer’s perspective, as long as the seller remains solvent, with sufficient liquidity for any exercised options, it’s a risk-free investment.

My response to this is if the individuals are hesitant to invest in the first place, the likelihood of that same individual waiting to invest later and then pick an investment with a higher risk profile (which often comes with investments that yield higher returns) is possible, but maybe not as likely.
