My goal with this calendar is that people can sync it with their own personal calendars for automatic reminders about future events. 

Great reminder to myself, and to everyone out there, that this should be fun and not stressful.

I also do a copy/paste email reminder the morning of the showing  too.   

And of course the real world comes knocking and reminds me of how much of a newbie I am.

I don't have an answer to this question but reading your post reminded me of a property I was considering, it's a historical home with an unpermitted addition and the consideration was to add a second building at the end of the lot. 

I have a saying that I like to remind myself when I get overwhelmed, that is "Relentless Forward Motion".

If a Tenant calls and says, Hey why did I get this notice to quit, it's only the 2nd of the month, you remind them that it's only a NOTICE and that you haven't received their rent yet and nothing more.  

You are reminding me of two of the worst purchases I ever made.
